Here are some tidbits about us, professionally and personally:
John and Jessica are both licensed Real Estate Brokers in the state of North Carolina and Georgia with ten years of experience. They own and operate Poltrock Properties, Inc. (a licensed real estate firm) within RE/MAX Mountain Properties.
John and Jessica graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. in Business Administration focused in Financial Planning. They are members of the National Association of Realtors and belong to both the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors (serving North Carolina) and the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors.
John and Jessica are members of Little Brasstown Baptist Church and are very active in the community. They have a beautiful seven year old daughter named Katie. John and Jessica donate a portion of every sale they make to Children's Miracle Network.

CRS is essentially the Ph.D. of residential real estate. John is a Lifetime Million Dollar Club member of the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors and a member of the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors.
John is an Eagle Scout and an avid reader. He reads as many real estate related articles as he can get his hands on to stay on top of the real estate and financial markets. He's a graduate of Western Carolina University with a bachelor's in business focused in Financial Planning. That background and experience provides extraordinary insight into the real estate market.

Jessica was born and raised in the mountains of Murphy and is very in-tune with houses and their history on the market. Her family's roots to Murphy dates back many generations and that gives her a unique perspective that can't be reproduced or replaced.
Personally, she's a mother of two - both a boy and girl. She's a wonderful, loving mother and person who everyone enjoys being around. She's very active in her church and family.
